COVID-19 Update

 The safety of our employees, clients, families and visitors remain our overriding priority. As the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak continues to evolve and spreads globally, We are monitoring the situation closely and will periodically update our guidance based on current recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization. To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the potential risk of exposure to all, we are conducting a simple screening questionnaire. Your participation is important to help us take precautionary measures to protect you and everyone in this building. Thank you for your time. 

Going forward the following changes will be in effect:

• A Screening questionnaire will need to be filled out by all clients prior to their appointment. Questionnaire will be filled out upon arrival for appointment. 
• All clients will need to wait in their vehicle till appointment time. At the appointment time, the client will be called and will then be met at the door and walked into the facility. 
• All clients will need to have a mask on upon arrival and when walking thru the facility.
• Until further notice all bedding/linen will be minimal/basic during appointments. 
• All clients will be asked to wash hands upon arrival to appointment
